Precautions of coupon usage

When registering and using coupons, be aware of the following points

  • You can register and use each coupon once per account
  • A registered coupon cannot be canceled or refunded and cannot be re-registered with another account
  • TICKET coupons are identical to ON-SITE TICKET and BUSINESS functions are not available
  • To register and use MONTHLY coupons, you must have app registered
  • The MONTHLY coupon is activated upon registration and expires after the period written on the coupon
  • The MONTHLY coupon applies only to the app selected at the time of registration, but not valid for other apps
  • MONTHLY Coupon cannot be registered in an app that has a history of possession or purchase of a Monthly License

If you are registering a MONTHLY coupon and purchasing while in use, please refer specifically to the followings:

If [LIAPP ON-SITE] coupon is in use and has a service life remaining

1. If you purchased the same type of license
If you purchase a LIAPP ON-SITE License, an additional one month license will be created after the expiration of the existing license
For example, if you register an one-month coupon on April 1st and purchase a LIAPP ON-SITE product on April 25th,

  • Existing license: valid from April 1st to April 30th
  • License purchased: valid from May 1st to May 30th
  • Next regular payment date: May 25th

2. If you purchased different type of license
If you purchase a LIAPP BUSINESS License, a new LIAPP BUSINESS license will be created regardless of the existing license.
For example, if you register a one-month coupon on April 1st and purchase a LIAPP BUSINESS product on April 25th,

  • Existing license: LIAPP ON-SITE license valid from April 1st to April 30th
  • License purchased: LIAPP BUSINESS License valid from April 25th to May 25th
  • Next regular payment date: May 25th
  • Applied features: LIAPP BUSINESS

3. Purchase TICKET
Can be used when PROTECT is applied after license expires. The ON-SITE features are applied.

1. If you purchased the same type of license
If you purchase a LIAPP BUSINESS License, an additional one month license will be created after the expiration of the existing license.
For example, if you register an one-month coupon on April 1st and purchase a LIAPP BUSINESS plan on April 25th,

  • Existing license: valid from April 1st to April 30th
  • License purchased: valid from May 1st to May 30th
  • Next regular payment date: May 25th

2. If you purchased different type of license
If you purchase a LIAPP ON-SITE License, a new LIAPP LIAPP ON-SITE license will be created regardless of the existing license.
For example, if you register a one-month coupon on April 1st and purchase a LIAPP ON-SITE plan on April 25th,

  • Existing license: LIAPP ON-SITE license valid from April 1st to April 30th
  • License purchased: LIAPP BUSINESS License valid from April 25th to May 25th
  • Next regular payment date: May 25th
  • Applied features: LIAPP BUSINESS is applied until April 30th and it will be switched to LIAPP ON-SITE from May 1st

3. Purchase TICKET
Can be used when PROTECT is applied after license expires. The ON-SITE features are applied.
