Delete Account

Your account and data cannot be restored after deleting your account, so please proceed with caution.

Things to check before deleting your account #

• If you have remaining license time, you will not be able to delete your account.
• If you are using automatic payments, please request cancellation.
• If you have unused tickets, please inquire about refund or cancellation options.
• If LIAPP is applied to a deployed app, replacing it with a non-LIAPP version is recommended to avoid issues after account deletion.

Delete your account #

To delete your account, please follow these steps.

1. Click your username displayed above the app selection box.
   If the CONFIRM PASSWORD window appears, enter your password to verify.
   

2. Scroll down and click the Member Unregister button.

3. In the deletion confirmation window, click Confirm to permanently delete your account information.
