Check if a welcome coupon has been sent to your email

Your first welcome coupon has been issued to the email address you used when signing up.

If you haven’t received one yet, please follow the instructions below as it may have been classified in the Spam Mailbox:

1. Check the spam mailbox
   
   In case you use gmail, click More to find the hidden categories

   
   Click Spam to look up the emails in your spam mailbox

2. Unmark the spam
   

   1. Click on the star icon on the right side of the sender information
   2. Click Report not spam or Not spam to move the email to the inbox
